Psychosocial risks during the sanitary crisis: Agility as a vector of well-being

This article focuses on the discomfort and depression raised during the sanitary crisis within organisations embedded in a society marked by an axial and troubled period Jaspers. K (1954). Suffering caused by the deterioration of work environment, caused in part by a managerial organisation, the figures and results' stress, lack of facilities, meaningless and isolation. The work organisation's methods are challenged. Agility could be a vector of well-being for the personal development of employees.

The theoretical concept of agility is meant to address managerial challenges, with the aim of enabling companies to cope with an uncertain, unpredictable, disruptive and unstable world. A tool that offers organisations the opportunity to shadow the development and organisational process to a new cycle of growth. This paradigm takes into account the human dimension at the service of change in the 1990s. Since then, the concept got a real momentum in the scientific community, particularly in terms of  practices and attributes.

Based on a qualitative study conducted within the French National Education system, this paper presents and discusses the results of exploratory interviews to find out how the organisation handle this tool, the practices and attributes that the National Education system uses to understand new and urgent situations, in order to give people the opportunity to enjoy their work.
