       Abstract: This presentation introduces a concise framework for technological landscape analysis to support strategic innovation management. It highlights the systematic assessment of current and emerging technologies, facilitating informed decision-making for technology adoption and investment. By leveraging statistical patent analysis, scientific corpus, and firm-level data, this framework empowers organizations to make informed decisions regarding technology adoption, investment, and development. The presentation will conclude with an overview of the tool Metis-TechLand, designed to streamine the iterative process of technological landscape analysis.

      Cette présentation synthétise une dizaine d’années de recherche en GRH sur l’étude des mobilités et carrières. Elle ausculte ainsi la mobilité interne sous l’angle de la motivation, de l’apprentissage qu’elle génère, des freins qu’elle rencontre, ainsi que des significations différentes qu’elle peut avoir selon les contextes organisationnels. Outil de GRH séduisant, la mobilité interne reste complexe quant à sa mise en œuvre dans les organisations car elle comporte une forte dimension psychique et culturelle et serait le reflet de la relation d’emploi et de ses évolutions      .

2021 / 2022

  • 21 juin 2022 à IMT-BS (en présentiel, déjeuner à partir de 12h00, atelier de 12h40 à 13h30, salle F018) : Peiran GUO, "The Effect of Housing on Financial Markets Participation: The Case of Chinese Household".

    This paper examines the effect of housing on Chinese households’ asset allocation. Using a unique survey database, we find that both the share of risky financial assets and the participation rate in risky financial markets improve as a consequence of a positive change in property value or a negative change in home equity value. We investigate the effect of housing on households from different total assets percentiles, and find that the positive effect of property value and negative effect of home equity are strongest for the poorest households. An increase in total assets mitigates both effects. Finally, we show that the dual effect of housing is larger and more significant for new housing owners than for housing investors.
